again im not shitting on anyone nor am I to previous iteration groups, but I'm not the person on this thread who previously admitted that there was some form of OOC protection over his group.
No that was me and let me sum up what I was trying to say.
I do not hate Harry. I am, however, very critical of some of the shit that went on that allowed him to keep doing what he did. Yes I was part of it at some points because I could not deal with it for a multitude of reasons but still wanted to play RebelRP, so I had to turn a blind eye to it where I could. And as SD, I saw
a lot more than even SA's did.
"OOC protection" was meant in the sense that there was very much an OOC network of friends - players and staff - that worked to make sure the status quo wouldn't be disrupted too much in regards to the upper rungs of RebelRP. That isn't a conspiracy theory, that shit happened and happened often.
BQ and I were even threatened (with total sincerity and a 100% chance of it happening) with RebelRP being wiped out in a mass shotcop on the city if we didn't let Rush be revived in 2016 - even though it was common knowledge cops got the body and destroyed it because the other rebels ran back to the Outlands and left it.
So yeah, I am staunchly against letting people who were heavily involved in that sort of thing get into any sort of real control with RebelRP's functions, because most of them would do
worse than Harry did.
