The posing looks good, I'm not a professional poser myself but I know you'll obviously need a setting, something to fill the background, filters, angles, lighting etc...

but it's good.

I'd get the camera angle down below the people and in front of them in order to give that powerful feel to it, and don't forget to zoom. You should also get some simple three way lighting in there for a start.

Other than that I'd suggest testing out some of the post processing effects, the posing however is surprisingly good for a person just starting out. Looks good :ok:
