Story doesn't make much sense the whole way through, but still a good and accurate depiction of police-work while still managing to be entertaining. It's a good action movie over all with a lot of redeeming qualities, and the car chase scene is hands-down one of the most memorable action moments in cinema but it could have easily been a much shorter film and still been good.

yeah it lost me the minute they found that dead girl with the identity twist etc etc but i still thought it was really great - as well as the car chase done by mcqueen himself which makes him the bona fide action 'cool guy'

next is the french connection and i hear its got an even better chase

French Connection's car chase scene is number one for me, although the 1980 Blue Brother's police car chase scene is up there as well, if you haven't seen it already ;)

yes homie blues brothers is one of my most favorite films

also the fact that these 70s movies were mostly shot without permits for the chase scenes but they did it anyway is crazy

First Reformed (2018)

Truly, a fantastic film. Best of the year so far.
My only criticism would be that the message is a bit too ham-fisted, but it's an important message so I can understand why.

I found myself absolutely invested in this film, I highly recommend it.

The Meg is clearly the superior movie compared to this TRASH

unfounded and blue pilled

the meg is a modern day masterpiece of cinematography and DIVERSITY

Hollywood YES!
people queuing up to see mission impossible instead of the meg

Sad!
