Absolutely amazing and the amount of detail and forethought, it's honestly a fucking work of art.

The only criticism I can give is that the "go back" screens could have been a bit better, as in have more places I can go back to. I found myself at an end of a branch, with a variation of endings, but I wanted to go back further. Moreover, there's a little timeline blending here and there, but it might just have been me getting a bit confused, but that's not a problem I guess, unless that's actually on them. Possibly the best way to alleviate this problem is create more true endings, rather than duplicate endings with only minor differences.

In other news, what I really hope comes from this is that David Cage could actually move from games and to TV if this gets a little better. Could you imagine what he'd be able to do if he could instead just use the actors, instead of having to recreate them in game?

best scene in the whole thing, fucking amazing

PACS discovery with the safe was cool too, but i hope this is just a one off thing because the interactivity definitely takes away from the pacing and enjoy factor

Chop up your dad for five star game gang
i dont really like black mirror like this was one of the first that i've watched but it was pretty cool. again, the interactivity bit limited it and took away from the narrative because you were only focusing on the section to know what choice to make rather than the whole overarching narrative. it had some good moments and the train ending felt the most fitting

I'd rather watch a real movie than that.
I got bored so quick, I want to see what the Director goes with the movie, I don't want to be the Director...

I liked playing it and thought it was fun, but I thought that the story was disappointing. I feel like they pulled out the
4th wall of people being aware that it is You
too quickly. It could be because I've played a lot of games that have done this so I became desensitized to the surprise.

On the topic of themes, there really... wasn't one. For a Black Mirror episode, it wasn't great. For its own thing, it's pretty good, but they could have expanded upon control a lot more than it did.

I really do love the amount of detail in Bandersnatch, and the interactive film part gave me flashbacks to when I was a kid playing those bad DVD games.

I would love to see another thing like Bandersnatch with a theme carried throughout and the same amount of detail.
