    How did you disable all exceptions? I'm on the Port Forwarding tab but I don't see any way on disabling it, I'm using Virgin Media, lol.

    When it's downloading materials, the game stops loading at materials/decals/blood_puddle_01.vtf.ztmp I think that's causing the crash, considering every time it reaches it the game simply freezes and after five minutes it goes to sending client info.
