If you do not already have a card linked to your Paypal, It won't let you do It since It's a recurring payment, this is because If you had no money in your Paypal it would be took out of your bank. So I guess you "Have" too add your card to your Paypal if you want to pay with it.

Can't you just pay for, It then cancel it? So It doesn't renew next month.
