this is why i went against my original plan for joining. figured id go in and do the NCO officer packages they have. also couldnt be asked to go through anymore college since it was right as Trump was elected and i was in NY
didnt really so much as care about the "epic libtards" but more so the fact every lesson i paid out of my ass for became a "trump bad" lesson and didnt really ever cover any material the class was actually about

Yeah I’ve heard about it being quite bad in America, I was referring to progressive the British army has become, seems like the us is kinda following suit now then.

I’ve considered enlisting a few times and the thing I hear the most is don’t join the infantry. But idk even if I were to sign up I’d probably still go for it.

Don't go infantry. You can get the same pay, if not better, doing office jobs. And you won't come out broken

If you go in expecting to be charging over the steppes, blasting hajis and cutting off heads then infantry isn't your place. Most infantry guys don't see actual combat unless you're in a very specific role/in a regiment that specifically trains for it

yeah it's hard to explain i guess, I have a fair understanding of the reality that comes with that path of the military but still, there's a certain appeal that comes with being a grunt. Either way though I wouldn't really have an option in the matter since I don't have the qualifications for officer or most other office based roles, and I doubt I'd be very good at all that anyway.

there's so much testosterone in infantry you could choke on it.
