skincare routines would be nice I usually ignore my face but then I looked at my face and I couldn’t ignore my face

I just use some charcoal soap marketed for it at times

I've tried a lot of different stuff to get rid of my acne and stuff but it keeps on coming back with a vengeance after stopping for like a week. I just want to look nice for once

I have this weird acne reddening thing under my eye where the line of my mask would form and yeah I’m straight up having an awful time

Age plays a big part in acne usually, most you reach the end of your teenage years, that's when it all goes away.

I remember having the piss taken out of me by the force since I was in full uniform with a light pizza face (Not too extreme since I did take care of myself but you know), no one would take me seriously.

In terms of masks, I've been wearing them for a few years and they don't seem to have any effect on my skin, however, I have recently purchased a proper respirator, not just for COVID but for general health and safety since due to COVID there has been a dramatic increase in cannabis farms.

I mean, I figured I'm fighting an uphill battle and with my eating habits they won't help (I don't eat out but... lot of it is rich in fat what I do eat at home) but isn't acne scarring a thing? I won't act like I know, but I do wanna know.

i had nodulocystic acne and shit was painful, as well as acne vulgaris
had to take accutane for a year and man that was not a fun experience

you gotta use one of those precision nose trimmers for the balls fellas.

skin gets dry easily
use moisturiser
skin breaks out


also does anyone's else face get red and hot when they use product on it

It's not perfect but its good for them hard to get to areas

my job gave me pride glasses that’s nice

in my experience eating healthily and avoiding sugar and trash food has worked religiously well - combine this with cleaning your face often and using solutions w/ salicylic acid every other day and you're set

sure a snack bar here and there or whatever you like, no sugar drinks at all in general, if that doesn't work go to a dermatologist

and for the love of god don't touch your acne otherwise getting smooth and pretty skin will become a whole lot more difficult with scars

I’ve got a /r/that happened tier story from work but yeah I work outside more often than not and when I went on break I found these pride glasses they were giving the other employees. Hardly anyone took them except cart pushers cause they work in the sun and like, the one other LGBT associate out there. issue with homophobic Hispanics and the old white dude crowd here they must’ve not liked it

So I did, wore them whilst workin outside pushin carts and shit and one of my boomer coworkers was like “oh you got the gay glasses on” and I was like “yeah well they’re not too gay to protect my eyes”, he laughed at that and moved on

Next day another another boomer coworker saw me wear them and said it’d “bring the wrong attention” so I jokingly asked him to elaborate and he was like “YEAH WELL I DONT MIND GAY PEOPLE GIVE THEM ALL THE RIGHTS JUST DONT SHOVE IT DOWN MY THROAT THEY’LL JUST THINK YOURE GAY” and I just kinda shot the shit and offered him a pair and he said he didn’t wanna get called gay
