I got two problems joining the server

Hi boys, I got some problems to join nebulous sometimes which are:

First problem:

Everytime I try to connect to the server, first it takes so much time (30-45minutes and sometimes even more) and sometimes it bug out which forces me to leave garrys mod and rejoin it.

Second problem:

Sometimes once I succesfully join the server, it bugs in chousing characters menu, it bug out there and garrys mod stop working.

Help, I legit got two whitelists, CWU and UIL and I need to maintain my activity.

Can you tell me your PC specs, please?

Do you have a bunch of addons?

My PC specs are:
Memory: 8 GB
RAM: 8 GB
Proccesor: Intel Core i3-2120 CPU @3.30 GHZ

Actually my addons I have like 100-200
Im actually gonna clean a bit of them tommorow

Clean up your addons, I'm assuming you don't have an SDD?

This is a guide to getting an easy addon manager for GMOD. Simple to download and implement. If you want to keep your addons then use this to sort through all of them, add tags to certain addons needed for neb etc. I've found it very useful (thanks @PADEX for showing me)

Solid-state drive, it's a hard drive.

Good for games that need a lot of stuff to be loaded, such as gmod

I have been experiencing similar problems, whether it's on gmod 32 or 64 bit it takes forever to load in to nebulous. It ultimately freezes my computer and i have to hard restart it every time.
