Hi, I'm Darth. I've been playing on impulse as a staff member and CP SqL (Now renamed to OfC) for quite some time now and finally decided to check out nebulous as I heard good things about it. Suffice to say I'm not disappointed and am enjoying my time here immensely, I hope to have even more fun here and eventually join Civil Protection as that's always been my favorite role in HL2RP.

this place is quite different to impulse as you've prolly noticed, but its cool to see people from other places giving neb a try :)

Yeah it is, its a very nice change from impulse tbh as this is more focused on seriousRP with actual characters and RP with much more accuracy to lore.

It has its flaws indeed but don't worry I am fully aware of how different practically everything about CP is here and hope to enjoy it just as much as I enjoy CP on impulse, if I get the whitelist of course.

I prefer Nebulous's (old) 'rank' structure because it feels like it makes a lot of sense. A strict, rigid hierarchy of basically enlist/officer makes it feel odd as CP is meant to be a unique paramilitary organization.

Very true, I think both systems have their merits however.
