ive started training again so that I could get accepted into the police academy and this month I managed to up my bench by 20kg since start, let's go

4.2 in 34 mins, with a few pauses still since i haven't ran properly in ages

a lot of funny really, clears your mind


also, anyone got any tips to quickly build up arm strength? got a firefighter exam in one month from now and I gotta use my arms a lot

bench press
pull ups
chin ups
either bench or tricep dips

don't mess around doing bicep curls and stuff

e: you won't be using just your arms, typically when you think you're just using your arms you're also activating other muscles like your back muscles or core muscles to assist you, hence why these movements are good because they don't just work arms but other muscle groups to give you more rounded strength

Burpees, dynamic planks, planks, push-ups, muscle-ups, shoulder press

Can also do tractor tire flips/hit with a sledgehammer

I personally eat a lot of fruit, refreshing and never too much

Besides that try to change your meals dont eat the same old everyday and never eat dry stuff

3 square meals a day; get more active and calorie count

if you're not doing 2500-3500 a day as a male, you're probably not going to gain

You just aren't eating anything

Of course you're going to be skinny when you practically go auschwhitz mode out of laziness

Like Astro said, 3 (large) meals a day and plenty of physical activity will sort you out

Force-feeding is the only option. If you don't eat you stop getting hungry.

make sure your meals are at least 800 calories a piece and that you're snacking too, and you won't let yourself down in terms of calorie count

i used to weigh 10stone (140lbs); now i eat better i weigh 13 (182lbs)

this is horrendous advice; if you don't get active, you won't want to eat - even a brief walk will stimulate you into being more hungry

yeah same

went from 60 (underweight) to 75kg (regular weight) in about 7 months
