absolutely number 2 for me
best story out of any of them best ending best gameplay best everything
dlcs are funnier for number 3 but while the actual buildup is incredible the ending and payoff are so meh

i think it was in the summer of 2018 that i picked it up and immediately ended up playing 12 hours a day for the rest of the week
