Anyone have a left arm just comparably too weak (or your dominant hand for lefties) to your right that really puts a dent on how many reps you can do when you’re working both at the same time?

how to overcome

>lololol you jerk off too much
Hahaha funny ok made your joke

>you can just google what to do xD
You’re right for the latter part but first part I just like personal anecdotes from people I sort of know at this point

Using dumbbells really helps. As opposed to using both arms/hands like you would with a barbell, it forces your arms to work on their own and strengthens them. What helps too is you can increase the weight in one hand more than the other (i.e 10kg in your right, 12kg in your left) so you can make it work more.

I've found however that sticking with compound lifts just overtime balances out muscles quite well. Just remember though, one side of your body will most likely always be bigger than the other because of dominant hands and legs working the most in general day to day stuff.

i got a similar issue where it's harder to work out with my right hand even tho im right hand dominant because i fractured it a while ago and it still hurts while carrying weights etc so it's more difficult to balance it out now lol

I have a near autistic infatuation with training my back and I prefer it over training my chest

By the way anyone else do these splits?
Back/triceps
Chest/biceps
Legs/abs/shoulders

In the same boat as you

Its time. Dont worry, gains will come back faster when you restart

at least losing the fat is easier than gaining the weight in the first place

latest medical check at the infirmary put my official gains from 62 kg to 78.2 kg since 2019

jet lagged, running on 3 hours sleep, absolutely fucking knackered after my routine and the platform that's been broken for about 4 months now sent a 60kg barbell into my kneecap

but at the end of my session i cleaned and power jerked my previous PB of 72.5kg, showing there is big technique and strength gains there to be able to PB despite these conditions, i was proper happy after doing it

physical gains wont mean much if ur mental gains are at an all time low

i know ur line of work doesnt exactly translate over to a healthy sleep cycle but my guy 3 hours is horrible

ehh, I’m used to it. I’ve kind of accepted it’s how it’s gonna be, at least for the time being when I’m first coming back. I managed to get a good 8 hours this night so I feel right as rain now

btw might be a controversial take but i would not count that as a new PB since you dont meet consistent circumstances

powerjerk it again with better conditions and then mark your PB

A tip for those role-playing players that play a lot more than the average Joe.

When I used to play a lot more, in the down time or when passive role-playing where you have 5 minutes in-between each /me.

I used to play with this thing. It strengthened my grip pretty substancially.

Too many people underestimate extensions and targeted gains. For example, there are a lot of people that don't train their forearms.

Anyway, drinking is hard to combine with working out. I have a problem
