i would like a simple whitelist honestly as long as it was just "do you know the rules and do you know how to rolenspiel", a whole long ass essay wouldnt exactly be necessary methinks. maybe keep it unwhitelisted for a week so randos can join and the ones who care enough to apply for a whitelist can be filtered through the funnymen who wanna do like /me farts

A mix of multiple-choice questions and open answered, scenario-based questions to gauge understanding of rules would be ideal tbh

You guys really think people have a huge issue with going to a forum, registering and saying "yo wassup" but it really isn't that way

No need to make a big exam, it's just like some sort of registry to keep a track record

it's a really big fucking hassle to join a server you think looks interesting at a glance, if you have to create a forum account to post a whitelist application, and then wait 10+ days judging by the operating standard of people who review appeals and such right now

a whitelist isn't stopping people from playing. it's stopping the dumb people from ruining things for everyone else. no whitelist might nab people for the first week or two, but it's going to become a shitshow down the line. every half-decent gta rp server is whitelisted for a reason lol.
