A fairly new addition to the ranks of the Progenitor Arm, created soon after the establishment of the Civil Protection Program.

The Progenitor Arm's role is that of a peacekeeping force.

If a peacekeeper believes that it is too late to prevent an ongoing crime, they should inform Civil Protection immediately.
Members of the Progenitor Arm are still considered to be citizens in the eyes of the Combine Penal Code, and any violations can result in prosecution by Civil Protection.
