I remember when @Appetite Ruining Kebab tried to assassinate someone on Willard like a year or two ago and he literally magdumped them (an unarmed bluesuit) in the back of the head with a pistol and it took something stupid like 8-9 bullets to kill them.

i remember it took us so long to kill her in turn based combat that i had 6 cops surrounding me by the time i went through most of the clip despite getting a perfect lure & ambush

and the only, ONLY reason i got out alive was because one of them was being nice and decided to "timescale" only to be lectured in LOOC by another cop "no what are you doing our server has no timescale rules you are NOT obligated to wait during turn based combat you should have just teleported behind him and killed him you idiot!!!" (which bought me just enough time to round a corner inbetween my turns)

@RedMan recently showed me Willards Dark Event concept which I quite Iike. The XCOM 2 inspiration is quite clear but clever. Wanting to implement something like that. Events with clear stakes that the outcome will result in different lasting changes.

But I'm gonna be honest, I'm struggling to see how much this differs from anything that I've seen on neb - in good or bad.
Hell, if anything, this feels very reminiscent of HL2RP²'s mood (both in terms of many people RPing and many people running around with guns).

Trust me, it's nothing like neb, otherwise I'd have enjoyed my time there, it's a totally different experience - I'm pretty sure those screenshots are from the event server although I could be wrong
