You probably won't like a majority of my stuff then as it focuses on darkened environments then anything else- I'll try to dig up a lighter one for you real quick...

the head on that body looks really out of place

the one in the sand that is, it's not really blended with the sand/rock below and looks like it was just cut into it

well this is more tolerable contrast than before, editing is solid and so is the atmosphere, if only source was advanced enough to understand how to not make things look like they were clipping into things maybe that would make some things look much smoother, but otherwise.

the head of the cp's could be much better, whilst the rebels head could look a bit more hung in defeat, otherwise, this is excellent.

oh and, the cp on the left could have had their back slightly more straight, it looks awkward

I'm not really sure what you mean when you say 'contrast' :/ I'm not very well versed in the terminology, I usually just mess around with sliders into it looks nice to me.

contrast is a slider. Contrast is the difference in luminance or colour that makes an object (or its representation in an image or display) distinguishable. basically the bigger the value the dark are going to be darker and the lighter parts will be brighter.

My first try at posing, lay it on me @spectry

guy on the left has weird stance, low quality models, weird fire effects, no actual interesting lighting bar the map lighting.

though good job on some of the posing and the atmosphere, though there could be improvements, the camera angle is fine and captures an interesting view, but the scene is lacking intensity. I suggest you look around facepunch, im sure you can find better models there as well as in the workshop, if you need help with effects and photoshop editing, i can help. i can give help thru steam with valuable tips and tricks, even help out with teaching scenebuilding and military stuff.

tldr; a good beginners work, keep at it.
