In the past, I have contacted a couple of international and american agencies on discovering some of Nathan Hall's accounts and exploits, as well as with screenshots and recordings of him saying and doing certain things.
I have contacted them via filling out forms, phone call, and emails.
Pepper has been reported by a myriad of people from many different countries, continents, and cultures.
I've also sat there and listened to him brag about his alts on HL2RP and WW3RP in another community's TS, as I carefully spoke to Blackquill aside and gave him all the info he needed to bust them.
Pepper is the kind of person who will deny things that he said and did, almost immediately after he did them.
I know we're not really supposed to try to make armchair diagnoses, but..

- I am convinced that he's genuinely autistic.
- I am convinced that he has some sort of hatred for authority.
- I am convinced that he was a spoiled child.
- I am convinced that he is a compulsive liar, to the point where he is able to convince himself that his lies are reality.
- I am convinced that Pepper is an attentionwhore who says and does a lot of things for shock value, and by years of doing so has managed to actually mold those things into his life, and convince himself that those are really traits of his that he needs to act on.
- I am convinced that Pepper is not currently a danger to society, but could easily develop into one without intervention from multiple kinds of specialists.

Still making more reasonable statements than what is basically "#LockHimUp", which is utterly dumb in itself.
He's genuinely fucked, that I won't deny, but that means he needs actual treatment, not some retarded Guantanamo Bay bullshit because dumb absolutes = only means to treat a messy situation amirite?
I just hope he gets fixed up, no more, no less.
