light cardio for warmup after stretching, then heavy cardio with full gear + scba

sometimes i do pushups with just my airpack on to work on how much air i use in fires
almost everything i do is cardio and stamina since heart health is crucial in firefighting

full body workouts, but primarily upper back and strength as thighs and calves are done naturally over time with the stuff we carry

we practically use all our muscle groups when moving around in the terrain/combat exercises so it really does just buff you up in general
