No mither:
- + You can completely counter the 'exposed' status effect.
- + You can render various killers powers useless (Myers, Plague, Ghostface)
- + You can get back up off the floor, the killer would never hook someone using this perk. Never.
- + You keep the map clean by not leaving blood around
- + You can run self care and not need it
- + You get a cool icon to show you're running it and that you don't give a fuck mate
- + You can use dead hard instantly
- - Being injured all game and basically making yourself the weakest link in the team by default

NOED gets a really bad reputation because survivors are actually little bitches (I complain about NOED as well sometimes, but whatever).
People misunderstand the true power if NOED - the thing killers most need right now is time (which is why ruin is meta), and NOED offers survivors a binary choice: lay off the gens for a few seconds to do bones (and give the killer time) or genrush and face the consequences of NOED when youre done.
Right now, the meta is to go "hope he doesnt have noed and if he does he is a cancer bitch, i mean, all he has to do is to get rid of my instaheal, deadhard, borrowed time, bodyblocking teammates, and two pallets in between our current position and the gate" which is absilutely ridicolous
NOED is only a threat because survivors demand killers dont run it instead of dealing with it

a problem with DBD i have is that a lot of perks that're meta are effectively completely useless until they do their thing, one time in the entire match.

Ruin:
- + Slows the game down, even against experienced survivors as it either forces them to look for the totem and not repair gens, or live without the great skill check boost with a high chance of lowering progress
- + Can be hard to find and neutralize for survivors not running Small Game or Detective's Hunch
- - It's a Hex Perk, meaning you're gambling how long it can stay in the game
BBQ:
- + Gives a lot of bloodpoints for just playing the game
- + Wallhacks that can be helpful in locating your next target
- - Literally no downside why would you not run this
- + Easily dispatch survivors in the endgame
- + Hidden until you actually merk someone
- + Can be hard to find and neutralize due to being a Hex perk
- + Survivors will fear you
- + Adrenaline is less of a problem
- - Can be counterplayed before it's even activated
- - Can be disabled after it's activated as well
Sloppy Butcher:
- + Makes it easier to track survivors you've already hit
- + Increases the time it takes for survivors to heal, which means they spend less time on gens
- + Fucks Self Care users in the ass
- + Doesn't take a lot of effort to get the desired effect
- - Hard countered by No Mither

I wish I was actually good at this game. I play only survivor, played killer once and failed miserably. I can't juke for shit and if I get hit one time they'll chase me and kill me for good 100%

This is why Nurse is and has been for AGES S+ tier
As i try more killers, i actually think the Hag is better than what people give her credit for, if you know how to trap beyond spamming the hooked guy

Well, Billy does have a lot of great map pressure but I'd still argue that Spirit is better than him due to the much higher potential she has in chases with only a (relatively) small loss of map pressure
Spirit is like playing 4d chess and Billy is checkers
Leatherface isn't at the top of this list so clearly it's wrong
