Basically but if I sold you something on the premise of it being a car and you got a push bike, you'd be pretty pissed off if I charged you the same price as I would've for a car, right?

I dont really care about overwatch but is that a fair comparison tho?

I dunno what new content is added but a lot of expansions cost the same as full new games nowadays, at least this one allows people to play it as a standalone rather than pay 200 bucks for everything like ck2.

Or am I missing something here

I mean calling it a sequel game instead of a standalone expansion and charging the same for such a minute difference is exactly like charging you for a car and giving you a push bike.

Here's what it adds: New skins, new characters, new maps, a visual '''''''''upgrade'''''''''' and a story mode where you fight against robots. As for ck2, I agree what that does is bad but they don't sell each expansion as a whole new game and slap on a full price game tag

blizzard is going the call of duty cycle. New overwatch every 3 years with little new added. in 2022 we will get overwatch 3 with battle royale and robotic zombies survival with its own story.

but seriously, i'm amazed by everyone who thought this game would kill TF2. Its survived so long, it can survive abit of competition by that point.

the only reason that makes sense to me is that the sequel is what they are going to focus on the next-gen consoles with
