Ok downloading now, should not take much, I never played the campaign should I just go in it max difficulty first or it's best to just go hard for blind playthrough, or should I just go to pvp :P

don't go for max difficulty if you haven't played the campaign

for halo 3, i only played legendary (max diff) after i finished my second or third campaign run (mind you i was like 12 at the time I think, much younger)

i was honestly so glad I did, because legendary is dogshit unfair and most weapons become unviable - heroic is immersive, fun and challenging

i think just go for the second hardest difficulty on every game? i don't remember playing hardest difficulty on other games other than reach and 3 but i think it's a safe bet - just change difficulties if it seems too easy or god forbid too hard for you
