I've got no part in any new reforms, I haven't accepted anything. I've been leaving it down to the faction leads. I'm not a faction lead, I just oversee the faction incase stuff goes south.
According to Hiros they only didn't use HR because you said it wouldn't work. That doesn't sound like 'oversight incase something goes south' to me.
I don't see the logic, really - the Union in this lore has backed off a little bit, they've allowed far more useless things to happen and even then; a division devoted to the oversight of workers in both their conduct and relation only proves to increase efficiency-
and hygiene oversight only prevents any unnecessary diseases being spread, improperly prepared food or even non-UU food being used in recipes which HAS happened before.
In the long run NOT having HR would only serve to hinder proceedings and cost the Union more resources in the long run, as opposed to using preventive measures.

I said it wouldn't make that much sense when Brano asked me what I thought. I don't stop them from making decisions with the faction, that's why they're leads. If they don't want my help then I'm fine with that, my main role is to stop CWU falling back into the shithole cookie put it in again.
Reason I didn't think it was logical is because I like to think we use the more lore closest Union that doesn't care too much about relationships between the workers and how hygienic everything is.
But ultimately it'd cost them more resources if the two lacked. By having shit relations between workers you're decreasing productivity or even inciting violent crime, and by having unchecked hygiene you risk disease spreading which could harm an entire workforce.
I don't see them caring about a dozen - at most - workers being used to prevent that.
