The tipping point for me was probably as SD when I had people flaming me and breaking friendships because I caught them doing shit that I, as SD, couldn't let go in the context of the server. They didn't understand I didn't hate them and valued them as friends but it wasn't stuff I could just let slide. Likewise with PK's and shit when people would say I was "fucking them over", etc.
