i can get the sentiment though, what stops cops from actually going out and yeeting on folks in RB6 with no real consequence because there aren't specifically 3 TAG+ on
one could argue a 99, or autonomous tag, but if dispatch isn't online then that's out of the question, and since RB6 is a regular patrol area now, they aren't banned from entering
