In that case yeah - but its very easy to see when you have a group of people (some of whom were getting banned for that sort of thing even as far back as when I was doing it myself) all running around a Vort yelling and generally acting like they're fucking about that you'd make a relatively snap decision.

It isn't always ideal but a lot of the time you only have what you see to go off of, especially if you are busy or otherwise doing several things at once. In this case three of them weren't doing anything but chasing him, but honestly my first instinct would be to assume they're all together too.

Sure, agreeable. But after that snap decision, which was the six hour ban, they should’ve atleast clarified through logs to see if it actually happened before impulsively upping an already administered ban to up over a week. Shouldn’t they? Imo atleast

Yeah, in that case the week ban being upped should have maybe been looked into more, but I can understand the other bans given all it looked like was people yelling and sprinting around and one decks the greeny in the face.

No no I know @~~~~~~~~~~~\o/-----------, I'm just saying I understand why it would have looked that way when they showed up. The bans were a mistake but I can understand why it may have looked that way based on what they observed.

Sure, again as I said as an impulsive measure the six hour would’ve been fine for time to investigate without having to worry. It just really concerns me that Tzula then upped it to over a week for all of them without any investigation

Like i even spoke to brano after and said why did shibe do that and my mate said he was minge running away yet we still got a 6 hour ban each and mine go upped

I saw someone mention that they were regulars so they should've had their ban upped. Brano shouldn't have done that as we were all still talking about it.

It may not always be ideal but on a big server like Neb when you get a call of "there's a group of people fucking about" and you fly there and see what they people on-scene saw, it tends to be exactly what it appears. Unfortunately there are cases where it isn't, like this one in particular.

@Braňo♥ Mind explaining why you upped it, if you don’t mind me asking? Because what the ban appeal got across is that Tzula ordered it, so I’m mostly just curious here
