it did not read well and the entire arc of that group and the events that have come from it just dont quite do it for me
but that doc itself was just not very well written, among other concerns

I'm glad you express it nicely. I don't see that it isn't bad nor good. It's neutral for me. I think it should've had more roots and more initial development though. Seems to pop out of thin air.
