I do appreciate CDPR forcing their devs to get immersed by making their lives corporate dystopias of overwork and union busting

all game dev companies are bastards

most AAA companies do it it's true, CDPR is a pretty egregious example though

its very shitty but the economy encourages it which is where it should be stopped. we need economic reform that discourages excessive overtime adn the like. all overtime hours should have a mimum percentage increase in pay
