Not sure if that makes sense, technically speaking, any ELA could go corrupt and start ordering people around while not within ela territory, if they don't listen, they get beaten/forced by other means, if they don't like being forced and decide to report to Engel they get PK auths on themselves, if they decide to protect themselves and PK the corrupt ela they get hunted down by the rest of ela

no sure what you mean mate, you report it and it gets handled internally, but if the reported guy finds out you reported them then obviously they'll try and take action

Speaking from purely IC experience of what happened

Alright so what if you try to protect yourself from being PKed by the said corrupt ela and decide to PK them first before they can hurt you? Then there is going to be a whole army going against you because of self defence

No I mean. After someone from ela hurts you, you report them to Engel Haas which proves to be ineffective, and after no other tries work out you decide to put faith on yourself and PK the corrupt ELA in attempt to stop them from hurting you further, do you get then PKed by other ela?
