Ilya Gritsenko admires him.

But he was a mass murdering otaku.

Ilya was an over-enthusiastic wannabe-spy, his understanding of the world blurred by propaganda and patriotism.

Kylen was a master of killing people without being noticed or discovered, as well as getting away with it. Also a medic, and NCO, and often stuck with a lot of paperwork. Also got sniper training from a friend :D

Ilya has a lot to learn from him.
He has yet to master the art of being incospicuous.

Kylen was not inconspicuous. Everyone knew him. The only time he ever went incognito was one little AWOL stint to try and find out what happened to a missing globalist POW, where he dressed up in rags, removed his uniform, grabbed a non-issue pistol, and covered his face with more rags.

Pretty much everyone on the UGA base knew Kylen, and a lot of Coals knew him as well, so he wasn't exactly inconspicuous. Just good at covering his tracks, and doing what he needed to do.

Ilya, I suppose, was, on the other hand, extremely inconspicuous.
Was detained only once, did it on purpose to gain the trust of MPs.

I got detained a couple times in my early days, but my record was wiped completely clean because the MP was corrupt, and the punishments were revoked by the MP lead. Later on I think I got fined /once/ because there was a cunt of an NCO who insisted I be punished for talking back. MP didn't even want to fine me, nor did the CO, but they didn't have a choice.

What is the estimated number of kills you got?

Then there was the time I was demoted for prioritizing medical duties (Preparation of a friendly's corpse for being sent home) over going to the AP to get fined for something that had nothing to do with me.

MPs and Spec-ops were dumb enough to let coals walk into the base and free POWs, and then the spec-ops CO tried to fine everyone in the base 1000$, even people who weren't present at the time, or people who were busy with branch duties.
