For the record, I didn't ban him and had no intention of doing so. I would've happily removed bubblegums rating perms, along with anyone else; only reason I haven't is because I've already taken it from 3 people and I realised even that is too much.

Comparing me to a dictator for taking rating perms on a roleplay forum is fucking disgraceful thougn, honestly.
