ota = ERT/Deathsquad UIL = Sci UM = medbay CAB/prossies = Command (but with limited power over CPs or AI) civs and service = different citizen starter roles. Rebs replace a more traditional antag. Xenians outside of vort would be their own thing. As for USE/terminal idk
