As for your question Magnum, you really need to read up on our employee manual as it obtains pretty much all the infomation you need. If you are having trouble understanding it you should use google translate to translate it to your language.

If it's easier for you, write the answers to each question in your own language, then use google translate to get it translated into english. The grammar might not be perfect, but as long as the words are easy to read it'll be good!
