I understand how you feel and ive been upset in a similar way before. whenever I feel frustrated I just take 5-10 minutes away from the screen, smell some fresh air and so on. after you cool your head then you can return to judging your alien applications with a clearer mind

it seems like a 5 minute break didn't work, you're still not thinking clearly. try another 5 or extend it to 10 minutes. alternatively do some household chores to take your mind away from 'work'. I hope you get better soon, we really need you to pull through for the sake of the vortigaunt faction

ps the obsessive line doesnt work when you track down the comment on someone elses profile and get hooked into 6 replies. try not to be so obsessive in the future
