I stated my cases on PKs that I had a hand in, either defense or if I was the commiter of said PK. I do not go out of my way, like yourself and some others, to state my "clearly very important" opinion on every single PK that gets made because I'm so blindingly riding that high horse that I think everything that goes on on a server of more then 100 people at one time requires my input.

Cody died because he pissed off others and others gave a third party more weapons, he wasn't complained to death. No one went up and screamed "CODY IS A TERRIBLE CHARACTER BAN HIM I DEMAND HE BE BANNED". Someone did walk up and shoot you, but again, your character did a list of heinous things and tried to ambush them before.
