Some people can't realise that the staff team is just busy doing something else if they don't respond. Especially if we're mid event, that's when a lot of !helps dont get answered.

It's hard to keep an event running smoothly while you respond to help requests, it just simply causes a lot of confusion all around the event/staff team. It takes a lot of people to oversee one big event ensuring that no fucks up are done and that the player has the best experience possible.
