@gigi Someone who is crazy rude to staff simply won't get service. It's the same in the real world. You insult, scream, and shout in a restaurante or government office, or retail outlet- you get booted out (And even banneD). The same principle applies here. Be respectful.

If they can't present a somewhat respectful attitude to people who are 100% volunteering their time, I see no reason to deal with them. Yes wrongful PK's are shite, but if someone can;t be assed to give staff a modicum of respect on an appeal, staff have no need to deal with them.

Same thing in customer service. Even if the customer is right, they may not get what they want if they're being complete and total dickwads.

Someone who used to be staff, and has never been banned from this community, and was often praised by fellow staff/players who abided rules. All of that is literally irrelevant, when I'm just trying to make sure someone doesn't get their PK owned over a few riled up comments.

It's fine to be annoyed. It's not fine to take it out on someone. I'm not saying that they 'need the best treatment' But hell dude. They're volunteer workers, they should get some respect at least, and they are not obligated to deal with people who treat them like crap.
