To be honest my sleeping schedule is awful, i recently came off my anti-d's because they do more harm than good and it's sent my basic senses into haywire, I sleep when I pass out now, lol.
do you guys know how i can actually fix my schedule
because since holidays are over (two weeks) i pretty much sleep shortly after coming back from school and then stay up during the night and morning and it really affects my performamce in school and shit
are you actually asking this question to the two people who probably has the shittiest schedules in the whole community
