It's a more canonical approach to the faction.

yeah, units are all equal in rank, only getting orders from dispatch. they just do what is told to them by dispatch, using whatever means necessary

i just watched other units roleplay in my first week, didn't even made a /me. it is mostly watch-and-learn style. but yeah after a week you get used to it
