there is only one dispatcher. if there are multiple airwatches on they decide on who dispatches. if there are airwatch players AND dispatch/overwatch players on, dispatch does the dispatching wjile airwatvh just flies around. so yea

I was one. There are airwatches who fly around and do dispatching duty when disp. isnt around, and headcops+ tend to be overwatch. It is just the same as dispatch, except they are higher in rank (naturally.)
