you post following the roster format and you'll be added by forum moderators, you can't do it yourself.

Where is the roster "format" and where do you post it? I remember people doing that but I couldn't find it even when in search.

you post it on the uc roster thread, i dont know where that is because i have no involvement with it but i'm sure if you look at the members on the roster listed you can get an idea of how you should structure what your post should look like.
