Suppression field only stops one person from impregnating the other, really doesn't stop two dykes fingering eachother off in a shack. Also if we're being realistic the Combine wouldn't give a fuck about sexuality if the person could still work.

Suppression fields actually prevent sexual urges and the ability to breed. Breen says this in HL2.
