spend more time outside, cut off cancerous tumours such as videogames (most of the time, people treat them as second jobs - see nebulous and how many people will throw days away at it)
spend -way- more time outside - either take your shirt off and get sunlight or go on runs ( i prefer to run at night so that less people see me, still feels great )
exercise helps, avoid food+drugs as a coping mechanism altogether, it very quickly spirals out of control for both
see a therapist if need be, but you've probably been told that a billion times and ignore it by now
play something that makes you feel better, learn something - a fighting game, a rhythm game, a hobby, something you'll feel empowered to both do and enjoy
take time off ur pc, stick to singleplayer/consoles if you have any for a while or just to doing other things
I'll assume you've already hit the hurdle where spending time alone with yourself is mentally damaging, and I'll tell you right here and now to go tell the voice in your head to fuck its face because it's wrong 100% of the time
exercise some more, again running is good as it gives you time to vent and think about your day while exerting yourself
snag a better diet, lock away fast foods and anything other than water/juice diluted with water in a glass (water is literally the only reason I'm not 200lb)
remove soda and sugary things like whole wheat and whatnot
watch your caloric intake and remember that fucking up is alright, just never hit the marker where you say "i've fucked up enoguh, this sandwich can't fuck it up any more than anything else by now)

uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh maybe try osu if you like or can tolerate rhythm games, beatmap packs are a good start just avoid autismo maps made for autismally good players, maybe even try to learn osu!mania or catch or taiko
fighting games again if you can tolerate learning new skills that can be applied in many areas
