So I have this problem when I re-installed GMod, but when it did hit 98% I had a pop-up error pointing me to a folder to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\_CommonRedist\DirectX
When I click on that folder it just tells me Access is denied, help please? I've tried everything.
