Post your crazy crackpot theories below: Crazy theory #1: Cpt. Kirby Robinson loses his leg to antlion. Henry doesn't want to leave him behind. Pvt. Roth (traitor) pushes idea that he's dead weight. Kirby says to go without him. Cpt. Kirby dies. Maj. Neeler arrests Llwellynn for his execution of the law. Maj. Neeler becomes more reckless. Didn't care much for the other soldiers besides Kirby, considering they are who they are. Maj. Neeler chases the Chup' down the tunnel. Llwellynn blows the tunnel, trapping Maj. Neeler. Llwellynn takes over. If 1. didn't happen, or if in 2. Roth didn't push to leave him behind and instead agreed with the medic. Or if in 6., Cpl. Murphy didn't get a bad feeling about being led to his death down there, warning Roth, who wouldn't have went in anyways because he's a coward. Rabid, who wasn't on Jackie at the time, would've likely went down the tunnel, which would've been enough to get Rockwell to go down because either way, she has the letter. Crazy theory #2 Spc. Quinn decides to go to the radio tower alone with muscle-cake Jimmeno who first interacted with out patrol rambling about the FBR being Communists, serving under a Communist-King. Jimmeno decides to poison and bury him alive and feed him to the Chup. FBR decide to check out the radio station looking for Quinn. FBR don't see him buried in the sand up to his head, but Spc. Quinn can see them. FBR leave him to die and check out Young Ranch. FBR return to find his head cut behind the radio station before realizing Jimmeno lied about seeing him head back into town. If in 1. Quinn didn't go alone and get caught, or if in 4. we actually saw his head, or if he wasn't muted by duct tape, we could've heard him and dealt with Jimmeno and taken the radio station. I think the major turning point in terms of the plot was definitely the bunker situation and the fact that there were so many variable and different outcomes that could've happened there, it just sort of spiraled out of that. I'm not entirely sure if staff were prepared for it or not. I'm sure they had a laugh. My point being that, the choices made early on end up getting characters killed, which changes the motives and emotion of other characters, which impacts them and in effect creates amazing ripple effects to reflect upon. We were just a bunch of text actors without a script. Good improv everybody.
