"On the third day of November As Lambda major lay siege to City 17 many members and pockets of blue suit resistance forces seized the advantage taking up arms wherever possible, First they started with fists bottles and pipes later acquiring AR3 Machine guns and Anti-aircraft guns as they decimated and laid waste to those who had weeks prior fed and protected them, The blue suits were known and feared by civil protectors as the "Unpredictable ones". One is reported to have actually successfully bested a Hunter synth in unarmed combat. Notable officers include those such as "Jerry" or Lazlow" - Lambda Historian battle of City 18

(The Lead pipe) A favored weapon by blue suited warriors was often one of the most feared amongst the ranks of Civil protection, Where the stun baton was a symbol of swift authoritarian power the lead pipe was a symbol of primative brutality and justice, As opposed to the Stun-baton's settings designed to deliver a quick blow to drive an individual to unconsciousness the pipe would be used to batter the victim via a painful and slow agonizing death. )
