Right so here goes nothing;
I get into the server and I'm in camp, my highest FPS is around 20 or 21, but it drops to 6 when I'm anywhere else.
I have changed the launch options, prioritized it in my task manager and even fiddled with the settings and I still peak at 21 FPS, is anyone willing to help me increase this even just to a 30 or 40 as I don't really enjoy seeing everything a frame at a time.
