The Los Santos Police Department is plagued with PREDATORY practices by its officers, where the rights of an individual are disregarded more often than not. The individual is left to fend for themselves against officers that have already made the decision to charge someone for their crimes, which makes proving their innocence with the drought of lawyers we suffer all the more difficult.
