ive been doing srs rp for like 7 years or something ever since hl2 deathmatch rps were a thing and people fought over trash to put in bins for small amounts of money.
i'm really excited to play on a server that isn't HL2RP and i hope this community will really be a lot of fun to be involved with :)

Welcome my friend, we also /do/ actually have a HL2 server which is rather innovative in comparison to others if I do say so so it doesn't get very stale. However I presume you're talking about FTRP which is also a good game mode.

fuck yeah they did.
this was before cloud 16 and clockwork, so the game mode was very barebones. Any of those usual chat alerts came up in the default HL2 style boxes in the center of the screen in orange text. people made money by finding trash on the map and putting it into trash bins.
