Ban Appeal Thread Deleted Without Verdict?

I need some help, I made a WW3 Ban appeal thread awhile ago, and no one was replying to it. I look today at the ban appeal sections and it is gone. I am assuming some admin threw it away without thinking please put it back to the appeal sections, as I was about to get unbanned people agreed with me
